Works and connect when hotspot available

The app operates well enough but the promised service is terrible. In New York, there are hotspots everywhere but it is difficult to connect and speed is poor. Even worse, my phone searches for the hotspots all the time, burning up battery power. The service is useless for me.

Im looking for hotspots and all I get is a copy of my (paid) bill. The next screen is a picture of the United States with shaded areas. When Im standing in California I sure dont care that there may be a hotspot in New York. Seems worthless to me -- I know I paid my bill.

Nothing works smoothly. Server down multiple times. Just a new name. All systems still lacking.

Saves a lot of money in digital data access!

Overall working fine, but the app should have the "While Using" option for location instead of "Always", so it save the battery for the phone

Good tool away from home

Works OK, but it would be nice to have a while using app on location services. I keep mine on never to conserve battery life. Of course there are other apps, even apple weather, which dont have this option and they are never on on my devices.

The latest update is a huge improvement. Im in Los Angeles, and despite having to call TWC to have hotspots reset to get them working, I still use this app everyday to find connections when away from home. My sole issue remains the inability to select "when using" for location services. The choice of "always" or "never" forces me to select "never" so I am not using unnecessary data every minute of everyday. I have to physically go into "settings" and change it back to "always" before I open the app, then go back to "settings" and switch it back to "never" after closing the app.

Sure theres wifi but it barely connects and is just terrible. Rather use my data than that awful wifi. Good for nothing. Map shows places I cant connect to more often than not.

So far not so good. While filling out the forms on its home site it kept saying it encountered a problem, couldnt find the server, try again soon. Once I got in , the pages moved right along, good connection. Hopefully it will improve with time. Since Verizon sold the internet to Fronteer my service just sucked, so I switched to Time Warner, and now that changed to Spectrum. Again, time will tell.

Used this for about a few days now. I have not found a single useful wifi anywhere we live or reside(its usually miles away or far down the road). The gps usage that is "always on" burns up the battery quickly and unnecessarily. Whats worse is it never actually finds the actual gps location. Overall nice concept, but unfortunately it does more bad than good. (Cant use it, burns up battery. )

Overall, pretty good, but the location finder is all over the place. Does tell you the locations of hotspots, but recently Ive been having trouble logging in with the TWC ID on some sites and nothing works.

Worst app Ive ever tried!

Just downloaded the application and it works very well for me. I didnt realize how many "hot spots" were near me.
