TWC WiFi Finder App Reviews

Yeah. Its supposed to work, but it almost never does. And when it does connect, it is sooooooo slowwwwwww. Thats with the certificate installed for easy tracking by TW. Would be great if it worked dependably.

Right now Im using my iPhone but, have no service. The wifi through out my city helps me in making calls and receiving messages and emails. Love it!

I get prompted to enter in my password every time it finds a new wifi hotspot even if I have already entered it in before.

Connection is never stable and so slow that you have to go back to cell data. As an Internet provider TW should be embarrassed.

Overall working find, but the app should have the "While Using" option for location instead of "Always", so it safe the battery for the phone

I love getting free wifi! It just pops up. So easy!

Have used for some time now. Actually had to set up again recently after upgrade. Very easy to do. I try to keep data usage down and use the app often to find a wi-go connection. I note that often app has found a hotspot and already connected. A real cost saver.

I seem to have issues. Im not sure if its me or the app. I havent found many hotspots and there seems to be password issues. I hope there are improvements soon.

Not an easy app to figure out how to use. Needs a lot of improvement to make it user friendly. Disappointed.

Doesnt always load up... But when it does its a brilliant idea of an app.

The coverage map has quit working. Unable to know where coverages due to not being able to locate places with the Wi-Fi capability. My map is just a plain white screen.

Most of the areas I tried, I was not able to get coverage.

if theres lower than 1 star for this review , Id chose that Kept downloading TWC wifi app and it still wouldnt let me connect to the internet. So to download Ive to use cellular data. Map only shows that TWC logo for hotspots but it doesnt connect my smartphone at all/ totally useless

Not a lot of free wifi spot in Dayton

Sometimes difficult to use and confusing. Too frequently asks for credentials, and I cant tell which ones to use.

Thank you for the wonderful wifi services you are providing around town. I especially appreciate the wifi coverage in my doctors office. Its such a breeze and very appreciated.
