Ive arrived from a trip overseas 3 hrs ago, here in JFK. My subscription is $67.00++/month since April 2016. Ive downloaded the TWC wifi finder (again !) but still unable to use the internet. The map only shows that TWC logo for hotspots but it doesnt connect to my iPhone6s at all. Im using cellular data of AT&T now to use the internet and write a review.
The app has some utility but does not give you the option to set the privacy control to only monitor at your location while using. Instead it monitors your location always or never
Says its connected ALL THE TIME, but doesnt actually work. •I have to turn off my wifi to open anything cuz it only displays a connection, but just sits there until I get frustrated •Then I forget I turned it off... •Then my data goes thru the roof when Im thinking it connected at home and work. With all the data Ive accidentally used, this is hands down the MOST EXPENSIVE APP EVER...
Horrible! Problems with connecting, poor/slow service. That is when there is a hotspot. Mapping/location finder is forever showing spots but when you try to connect it says there is none. Useless just taking up space on my iPhone. Going to delete the app when I finish this review. ☹️
It could be better at finding wifi connection especially for the passport ones.
The wifi Profile and hot spots use to work great back when it was just TWC, but since Spectrum and the new wifi profile I can never get on to any hotspots and the app no longer works. I can login succesfully but then if you try to see usages, manages devices etc.. you just get the error "We recieved an error trying to access this information, please try back in a few minutes". It pops up everywhere. But I like it, and it works.
The app would be great if the map didnt disappear, it just stays white even when I have full service.
Takes to long to connect, constantly logging off profile while out, auto connect is very random and not reliable, request for hot spots is useless
I found 1 hotspot.....
Doesnt seem to work always having to put in a request and they will consider it so every time I need it.It not available or something,the money being paid to time Warner it should be better you think?
Im having more trouble than its worth trying to connect to all the wifi that TW claims to have, maybe TW should totally rewrite this app.

Have not been able to connect to anything. Dont waste your time. Coming from direct tv to time warner is like going back in time 10 years or more.
The app never seems to be able to find hot spots. My experience has been disappointing.
This is one cool app. Im a new Spectrum internet customer and I am loving my experience with this company. The service is super fast and reliable. Dont regret a thing. This app shows me every available hotspot.
Always works glad to have it! Hardly ever use my data.
