No longer works since Spectrum
The wifi Profile and hot spots use to work great back when it was just TWC, but since Spectrum and the new wifi profile I can never get on to any hotspots and the app no longer works. I can login succesfully but then if you try to see usages, manages devices etc.. you just get the error "We recieved an error trying to access this information, please try back in a few minutes". Here are the troublshooting details for your app devs and I can logout of the app and back in and reproduce everytime:
