Oct 2016 Much Better But Location Should Have "While Using" Choice

The latest update is a huge improvement. Im in Los Angeles, and despite having to call TWC to have hotspots reset to get them working, I still use this app everyday to find connections when away from home. My sole issue remains the inability to select "when using" for location services. The choice of "always" or "never" forces me to select "never" so I am not using unnecessary data every minute of everyday. I have to physically go into "settings" and change it back to "always" before I open the app, then go back to "settings" and switch it back to "never" after closing the app.
